The one and only...The Poco Taco Lady has passed on to be with our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ. Her friends called her... "TOLA"... Eustolia "Tola" Valdez Gonzalez, left to be with God on Saturday, January 16, 2016. Everyone she came to know, she loved unconditionally. She would always say, "Ya'll are my kids...Be good...How's the baby...Glad to see you... Take care...God bless you..."I Love You...and Thanks to God." She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and owner of Bryan's Poco Taco in Ozona. There is an old Spanish saying..."El Amor Entra Por La Boca" y "Panza Llena Corazon Contento" Loose Translation..."Full Belly Happy Heart" and "Love Enters Through the Mouth." If you really love what you do, then you are blessed not to call it work. She served the Ozona community and its travelers with great honor and joy for over three decades. She is the second youngest, in a family of four brothers and four sisters. As she was always the leader, she was the first to go. She is survived by her son Bryan Anthony Valdez and wife Sylvia; her brothers, Roque, Israel, Arnoldo and Jesus Valdez; her sisters, Elodia, Ludivina, Tina and Marisela Valdez and three grandchildren, Savannah Grau Valdez, 11; Bryan Anthony Valdez, 9 and Isabella Maria Juanita Valdez, 5. They continue to be her pride and joy. Purpose: To serve only the freshest food, always with a smile, and never forget her secret ingredient...Sincere LOVE. Thank you Miss Tola for being a true blessing in our lives. Services were Tuesday, January 19, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Funeral services will be Tuesday Jan. 19 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. She was a member of the Catholic Church and owner of Bryan's Poco Taco in Ozona. She is survived by her son Bryan Valdez and wife Sylvia, her brothers, Rocky, Israel, Arnoldo and Jesus Gonzalez, sisters, Elodia Perez, Ludevina Mireles, Tina Valdez and Marisella Valdez and 3 grandchildren.
