Edmundo A. Vargas

Edmundo A. Vargas, 83, passed away in Ozona, Texas on Saturday February 6, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents Felipe and Carmen Vargas, brothers Carlos, Felipe Jr., and Rudy.

He was a very loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was a self-employed-retired contractor. He enjoyed staying busy with home improvements, traveling and watching western movies.

He is survived by his loving wife Beatrice (Pretty Bea), daughter Susie V. Martinez (husband Lonnie) and three sons, Edmundo Jr., Willie (wife Valicia) and Oscar. Nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was also survived by his sisters: Blanca Castro, Lupe Longoria, Linda Rodriguez and brothers Blas, Richard, Ernesto and Humberto.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
