Joe "Che" Ybarra

oe “Che” Ybarra left this world surrounded by his family on June 17th, 2025. He was born in Ozona, TX on June 20th, 1951, to Inez and Hortencia Ybarra. He will be received at the gates of Heaven by his sons Joey and Jeffrey Ybarra.
     Joe is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rachel Ybarra, his daughters Bernice (Frankie) Martinez, Bridget (Salomon) Duron, Jolissa (Reggie) McNeal, Raynee (Kodee) Warner, his grandchildren: Jaiden Ybarra, Salomon Jr. and Rachel Duron, Karter and Kaia McNeal, his brothers: Pete Ybarra and Edwards Ybarra, and his sisters: Rosa Leal and Angelita Pena.
     He is preceded in death by his parents Inez and Hortencia Ybarra, his sons: Joey and Jeffrey Ybarra, his brothers: George & Santiago Ybarra, and his sister Inez Gutierrez.
     Joe will be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, family, friends, and his “Coffee Crew”.
     Funeral arrangements done by Preddy Funeral Home. Viewing will be at Preddy Funeral Home June 19th, 2025, from 9am to 9 pm. Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on June 20th, 2025 at 10am with burial to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
