Natividad "Nat" gained his wings peacefully in his home on Monday morning, November 11th 2024. Natividad spent his time on Earth raising and loving his large family.
He was born on the 7th of September 1937. In his early years, he worked various jobs from carpentry to oilfield construction, and eventually "retiring" to work for himself as a landlord. His favorite hobbies were carpentry, remodeling, loteria, watching novelas with his wife, and any activity that involved gathering as a family. He had a unique personality and he was always loving in his own special way. He will be sincerely missed by all who knew him.
Natividad was reunited in heaven with his loving wife, Maria Trevino Hernandez, daughter Maria Teresa (Terry) Moran, and his parents José and Petra Hernandez, his sisters: Juanita Pancardo, Panfila Magdaleno, Hilaria Castillo, and his brothers: Mariano Hernandez, José Alfredo Hernández, Esquio Hernández,
Survivors include 5 sons: Juan Hernandez of Ozona, Natividad Hernandez, Jr. (Amparo) of Ozona, Victor Hernandez (Patrica) of Ozona, Jose Luis Hernandez of Ozona, Ernesto Alonzo Hernandez of Ozona, and 5 daughters: Petra Hernandez of Sonora, Romelia Fierro (Frederico) of Ozona, Gracierela Borrego (Jose) of San Angelo, Marta De La Garza (Adam) of Ozona, Griselda Medina (Michael) of Ozona.
He is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, 2 special grand pups, one very, very special neice Sandra Villegas, and numerous of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Natividad will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on Ozona, TX. Church services will begin at 10 am on Thursday, November 14th. Graveside with burial to follow at Lima Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Preddy Funeral Home.
